Dealer certifies that a pre-delivery inspection was performed on this vehicle, with any necessary installation, setup, or service performed prior to customer delivery.
Dealer has supplied the owner’s manual, warranty documentation, and if applicable, the vehicle quick start guide to owner or owners agent (hereafter “owner”).
Dealer has communicated to owner the terms, and conditions of warranty coverage, and the coverage period(s) associated with this vehicle.
Dealer has communicated that certain components, including batteries, are excluded from the vehicle warranty and are instead warrantied by the component manufacturer.
Dealer certifies that owner was advised of proper intended use of the vehicle including, but not limited to:
■ Operator training and skill requirements, and that vehicle is not a toy. Operators should read all warnings and Operating Manual instructions prior to operation.
■ If the vehicle is an LSV, Dealer has communicated that this vehicle is designed and intended for use only by licensed operators.
■ If the vehicle is an LSV, Dealer has communicated the specific restrictions associated with operating an LSV, including relevant state and local laws and regulations.
■ Operator shall check the braking system and any/all safety lights prior to operation.
■ If equipped with seat belts, all occupants must utilize seat belts while the vehicle is in motion.
■ Operator shall avoid or reduce speed for slopes, obstacles, and sharp turns.
■ Vehicle is not designed for use with child safety seats.
■ Relevant passenger, cargo, and towing capacities and proper loading procedures and potential risks due to overloading.
■ Proper operating speeds for the vehicle.
■ Unauthorized modification to the speed controls or use of aftermarket speed enhancing products will void warranty.
■ Proper charging and battery maintenance procedures and potential risks from failure to charge and maintain batteries properly.
■ The need to comply with all relevant state and local laws, rules, and regulations.
Dealer acknowledges that failure to register within 10 days from date of purchase may result in voided warranty and denials of warranty claims.
